From a young age, encouraged by my parents, I developed a passion for cooking and the desire to bring joy to others through food. I honed my skills, learned responsibility, and faced challenges head-on. Starting as a personal chef in Miami, I later traveled on private yachts, exploring different cuisines and cultures, expanding my culinary expertise and embracing diverse flavors. These experiences inspired me to infuse multiple influences and techniques into my creations.
Recognizing a demand for sophisticated dishes, I began crafting Cheese & Charcuterie Boards for social events. I approach obstacles with determination and maintain a positive attitude. With solid industry knowledge and a love for culinary art, I channel my creativity into food presentation and plating techniques. My ultimate goal is to provide clients with a delightful and exquisite dining experience, allowing them to savor the realm of gastronomic delicacies where I found my fulfillment.
